Charlie Gascich Executive Director Charlie has earned his B.A. in Organizational Management and Leadership. He has been at Whatsoever since 1994. The first ten years at Whatsoever, Charlie was the sports and youth director. He has been the Executive Director since 2004. As a northeast native, his commitment to the community, leadership and charisma is responsible for continuing Whatsoever's remarkable longevity. |

Crystal Rice Youth Services Director Crystal is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Art from University of Missouri-Kansas City. Starting in 2004, she has worked in after-school programs in urban, suburban, school, and community settings. As an Americorps alumni, she has spent many hours volunteering in the community. She is very passionate about her work advocating for and partnering with young people. She started volunteering with Whatsoever in 2006 has been the Youth Services Director since 2007. |

Patricio Lazen Patricio is fluent in both English and Spanish. He has been a professional translator since 1998. He has five years experience teaching ESL and social studies. He is well versed in many disciplines. He started working for Whatsoever in 2008. He is very passionate about learning, teaching and organizing the community. He also heads the "Apollo Project", Whatsoever's School of Music. He has been a working musician and instructor for over three decades. |
